Florence, an open air museum

Florence, an open air museum

Falling in love with Florence is so easy, it is a city full of art and beauty. It is like an open-air museum and Tuscans feel lucky to have this wonder so close to them.

Here is a little selection of our favourite places!

PIAZZA DEL DUOMO

Piazza del Duomo is the main square of the city. Here you can visit Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and San Giovanni Baptistery or you can climb Giotto Bell Tower or Brunelleschi Dome. When we think about Florence this is the first image that comes to our mind. A few steps from Piazza Duomo, you can find our store! Come and visit us, we will be happy to welcome you and give you some tips about the city!

GIARDINO DELLE ROSE AND GIARDINO DELL'IRIS (THE ROSE GARDEN AND THE IRIS GARDEN)

The Rose Garden and The Iris Garden are neighbouring gardens near the River Arno where you can admire the blooming of roses and irises. They represent a relaxed corner of the city where you can enjoy wonderful sights and breathtaking landscapes. You will be really stunned!

PIAZZALE MICHELANGELO

You can’t leave Florence without visiting Piazzale Michelangelo. The piazzale is a panoramic point from where you can admire Florence in all its beauty. The tourists and the Fiorentini (people who were born and live in Florence) love this amazing view, and who can blame them?

UFFIZI GALLERY

One of the most visited museums in the world, Uffizi Gallery hosts masterpieces by Botticelli, Giotto, Leonardo, Raffaello, Caravaggio. This is a must-visit place if you are an art-lover discovering the city of Florence.

WHAT ABOUT LUNCH OR DINNER?
